• (2) I have the legal authority to provide consent on that individual’s behalf (where he/she is below 18 years of age or legally incapable of providing consent).

Personal data in this Form can be processed by or disclosed to you, the Sunway Entities for the Sales and Marketing of your products and services, and those of the Sunway Entities.

“Sales and Marketing” means to carry out data analytics, and to send you marketing and promotional materials.
“Sunway Entities” means the entities stated in the Privacy Notice as being a Sunway entity.

Terms & Conditions for Gift Redemption:

1. One (1) blind box for 1 participant per customer group at participating Sales Galleries.
2. Blind Box eligible after you like, tag or share about our campaign.
3. Prizes are randomly assigned and not exchangeable or refundable.
4. In an event of prizes not being available from supplier, the Developer shall have the right to replace and/or substitute it with any other prizes. The decision of the Developer shall be final and conclusive.
5. The prize awarded cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items and is not transferable. Winner is not permitted to request replacements with alternative items.
   • The time and manner of the collection or delivery of the prize is strictly subject to the manners as determined solely by the Developer.
   • Winners are solely responsible for collecting their prizes, which must be collected within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited.
   • The Developer shall reserve the right to use names / and or photographs of the participants as material for the purpose of advertising, trade and/or publicity without any prior notice to the participants. The participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
   • I/We agree to grant consent for the Developer to utilize my/our winning photographs, video shooting and interview videos and personal data for the purpose including but not limited to sales and marketing and advertising purposes on any social media platform at any time. I/We shall have no claim against the Developer in utilizing the above-mentioned materials for any purposes the Developer may think fits.

6. The Developer reserves the right to amend and/or impose any additional terms stated herein at Developer’s sole discretion without any prior written notices at any time.
